Returns

At Louxtees, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet the conditions listed above.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Louxtees@outlook.com and include photos of the issue.
